How Can severe Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

HI MY NAME JEFF IM A 50 YEAR OLD MALE ITS IN MY LOWER BACK STARTED BOUT A MONTH AGO WHEN THE PAIN COMES ON IT INCREASES IN SEVERITY IF I TAKE IBUPROFEN THE PAIN GOES AWAY FOR FEW HOURS ALSO LOL MY BELLY IS GETTING BIGGER LIKE ITS BLOATED BUT ITS NOT DO U HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT IT COULD BE. Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand yiur concern.
Low back pain can arise due to sprain/ stress to back leading to myalgia or ligament pain/arthritis of joint between vertebrae/cacium or vitamin D or hormone defeciency/lumber spinal or disc problem (more posdible in big belly cauding stress on lumber spine )
Rest,hor fomentation,muscle relaxant ointment apllied gently.. no massage till doctor advises it... would give some relief.
You need doctor's consultation &investugations ti find basic cause followed by specific treatment. (Pain medicines/ local steroid injections/physiotherapy/surgery in some cases.
