General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand yiur concern.
Low back pain can arise due to sprain/ stress to back leading to myalgia or ligament pain/arthritis of joint between vertebrae/cacium or vitamin D or hormone defeciency/lumber spinal or disc problem (more posdible in big belly cauding stress on lumber spine )
Rest, hor fomentation, muscle relaxant ointment apllied gently.. no massage till doctor advises it... would give some relief.
You need doctor's consultation &investugations ti find basic cause followed by specific treatment. (Pain medicines/ local steroid injections/physiotherapy/surgery in some cases.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
